    • Where is my order?
      • Order requests ship within 24 to 72 hours of when they are placed. You can check the status of your order in My Orders on your account page. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has Shipped.

        We cannot ensure we will be albe to do so if order has already processed or shipped. If an order has already shipped from our facility, we unfortunately are not able to cancel the order.

    • Can I add/remove items from my order?
      • We are focused on getting your order packed up and shipped out as quickly as possible.

        Hence, once your request is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

    • Can I import products into my country?
      • Please understand that we do attempt to adhere to every countries individual import policies.

        Some of the items we sell are prohibited by customs into International countries. We will attempt to notify you all through checkout to let you understand that an item may also be prohibited, however, it is solely your responsibility (as the customer) to make sure the items you are ordering are allowed.

        Orders that are seized via your local customs can not be refunded. If your parcel is being returned to sender due to containing prohibited or banned items or violating their import policies, only as soon as the parcel arrives back to our facility will a refund for the purchase price of the merchandise minus the delivery value be issued.
